Rates and conditions
- Rate: 5p net per address prepaid
- Mailing dates: Every Friday and Tuesday
- Final confirmation: On acceptance of the mailing material

- Gambling.com reserves the right to reject material submitted for a mailing
- No links to other portals or competitive sites can be used
- There should be no popups generated from the mailing
- All mailings are served from the Gambling.com servers
- Should an advertiser default on an offer to players, Gambling.com reserves the right to refuse to carry future mailings for that advertiser
- All material must reach Gambling.com at least 7 days before the scheduled mailing date, failing which Gambling.com reserves the right to reschedule
- At least two weeks notice of cancellation is required
Material requirements
Please supply the mailing material in both the following formats:
- HTML
- Text
- The HTML version should be supplied as an attachment in its original format (should end in .html or .htm).
- Javascript and stylesheets cannot be used.
- To have a First Name appear in the mailer use ~FName~ in the desired spot.
- To have a Last Name appear in the mailer use ~LName~ in the desired spot. e.g. Dear ~FName~ ~LName~ can be used
- Animated .gifs can be used
- Images are served from Gambling.com’s server.
- Please keep the total file size of images as small as possible. The smaller the images’ total file size, the faster the message will render when the e-mail is opened.
- Maximum file size for text: 5 KB
- Maximum file size for images: 30 KB
- The content should be brief. Only one subject, theme or offer per mailing should be communicated. This rule is designed to ensure that our members donÙ become annoyed by lengthy mailings.
- Maximum Length: 400 words or 4,500 characters
- It is recommended that the mailing be an offer uniquely for Gambling.com members. Preference will be given to offers that specifically target Gambling.com members.
- It is essential to have an email address link to your support desk. Please do not include any direct opt-out links to your brand on the mailing as we will not include this.
The minimum budget is £1,000.00 (GBP).
Update mailing
Rates and conditions
- Rate: £2 per click through. £500 payable in advance. You will be billed for any extra or credited if there is a shortfall.
- Payment: Must be prepaid.
- Positioning: At the discretion of Gambling.com, or as specifically requested (if available)
- Frequency: One mailing per month. Timing is at the discretion of Gambling.com.
- Conditions:
- The Update mailing is sent to the full Gambling.com database (150,000 members) and includes general information about Gambling.com, eg, news about Tournament winners and changes to the site
- Advance bookings possible, but all prepaid
- Gambling.com reserves the right to reject material submitted for a mailing
- No links to other portals or competitive sites can be used
