Terms & conditions
- All advertising must be prepaid
- A single agreement covering more than one advertising option can be entered into
- Budget is allocated as required by each option or separate budgets for individual advertising options can be set
- Gambling.com will do its best to assist advertisers in using the website effectively. However, we reserve the right to reject or modify the wording of an ad and the positioning and rotation of display advertisements
- No anonymous advertisements will be carried on Gambling.com
- Gambling.com reserves the right to limit the number of advertisements and positions available on a page
- Please view the rates for the specific advertising option before placing or renewing ads
Cancellation
- Campaigns which are cancelled 10-14 days prior to flight date are liable for a 30% charge against the budgeted campaign cost
- Campaigns which are cancelled 5-10 days prior to flight date are liable for a 60% charge against the budgeted campaign cost
- Campaigns which are cancelled less than 4 days prior to flight date are liable for a 100% charge against the budgeted campaign cost
The above are all subject to change at the sole discretion of Gambling.com
Gambling.com reserves the right to remove any individual creative or entire campaign if it generates less than a 0.15% CTR
NB–The Gambling.com’s statistics contained in their tracking reports shall be the only and definitive measure of all statistics including the number of impressions and clicks for any and all campaigns including those which use 3rd party serving
Unused funds will be returned to the advertiser only at the discretion of Gambling.com, with all transaction costs being covered by the advertiser.
