This almost seems too good to be true, how in the world can they offer almost unlimited seating for this? Is there something I am missing here?

It does say potentially, but not exactly what the possible limitations are. After visiting the site though there seems to be some sort of merit system that will get you into the event levels farther along. Sounds like an interesting idea if you can earn enough of the merit points.
