From now on, the player eliminated on the bubble of a Virgin Poker multi-table tournament will receive their buy-in back. Now they can take another shot and make the final table.
Simply write to poker@virgingames.com with your username at Virgin Poker, the ID of the tournament in which you unfortunately bubbled and the date and they will refund the buy-in of that tournament.
Bad beat stories are strictly optional.

Now that's an interesting strategy to get repeat customers! I've never played in one of their tourneys but I bet they get loads of emails.
