UK Player Wins First Bingo Title
Online gambling provider PaddyPower.com announced that 660 entrants took part in its inaugural European Championship of Bingo last month, illustrating just how popular the game has become.
The player revealed that it had taken him a hard two hours to qualify online for the final event on June 29, which was staged in order to give punters something to occupy their minds while the Euro 2008 soccer championships were taking place in Austria and Switzerland. ''I'm glad England weren't in Euro 2008 now or I might not have entered and won the car,' said Robinson.
Other prizes included a weekend in Paris, a home makeover, a year of free flights and bingo and laptops and flat screen televisions while PaddyPower.com revealed that the event would be held again next year owing to its obvious popularity.

What kind of car was this? I love the idea for a weekend just anywhere but Paris seems nice, so is a tempting home maker. It looks like they did this deal right.

That is a pretty sweet prize to win but I would prefer one of the other prizes. I would probably try going for the laptop, or a trip in Paris.
