2008 Dates Announced
Good news for poker fans: the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour will be continuing in 2008. Dates have now been announced for the second full year for the Tour. The format will be similar to 2007 with nine £1,000 Legs and a £3,000 Grand Final. The £1,000 main event of each leg will be part of a week-long festival with supporting side events.
New features have been added including the Link Event in July - a tournament that will take place simultaneously in all Grosvenor casino card rooms. The Grosvenor Grand Prix (the largest pot limit Hold’em tournament in Europe) will also be part of the tour. Blue Square Poker will be sponsoring again, with significant added prize money and regular online satellites for all events. Tour dates are below and we’ll keep you updated as soon as more details are announced:
