Ladbrokes Goes 3D with Virtual Reality Poker
Ladbrokespoker.com will become the first leading poker site to offer 3D virtual poker when it launches today. This means that Ladbrokespoker customers will now be able to create their very own three dimensional avatar to play poker in a 3D format. As well as the standard text chat, Ladbrokes have included voice function, over seventy actions and a number of facial expressions to convey your emotions throughout the game. The 3D format will run alongside traditional 2D gaming.
Ladbrokes is giving away four pairs of tickets to their exclusive celebrity 3D Avatar launch party on 26th November. The party will take place at top London venue Kabaret Prophecy and will mark the launch of the new cutting edge 3D poker software. To win a pair of VIP tickets, all you need to do is play in the 3D Launch Party $1 Freezeout tournament at 7pm on Tuesday 20th. The password is 'letsparty', and registration opens at midday on Tuesday.
Samantha Alleyne, PR Manager for Ladbrokes, commented: "The software has been developed in conjunction with Playwize a leading UK developer of video games for consoles and the graphics are outstanding. This is a very exciting launch for Ladbrokes and we're hosting a party to celebrate. On the night we'll be running a number of celebrity Heads Up 3D tournaments. A 3D artist will be on hand to help guests create their own avatars, and there’s a chance to glean tips from current World Heads Up champ Jeff ‘Jaffacake’ Kimber who will also be around on the night to play the game. Log on to Ladbrokes poker 3-D o watch the action live, as all Heads-up matches at the party will be shown in real-time online."

HAs anyone played the Ladbrokes 3D poker yet? Is it better than other clients like pokerrooom? I guess in the end the graphics are just to make it look nice and in the end it comes down to the cards and how you play them http://www.penny-slot-machines.com/
