Cryptologic and Paramount Bring the Movies to Online Casinos
Online casino software providers Cryptologic, a Canadian company well-respected within the industry, have announced a multi-year deal with Hollywood legends Paramount Digital Entertainment that will see some of the world’s most famous movie characters enter online casinos.
Paramount Pictures boasts an extensive catalogue of classic and new releases, and Cryptologic makes the world’s best branded Internet casino games,” said Brian Hadfield, CryptoLogic’s president and CEO. “It’s been proven that CryptoLogic’s branded games drive Internet casino revenue — and we look forward to a mutually profitable relationship with this global entertainment leader.”Cryptologic have over 280 games on offer from their software and will build a dedicated site for Paramount’s movies, to be launched at some point this year.
“As the online gaming industry continues to evolve as a destination for gamers, we feel that our films are a great fit for those looking to play on this new platform,” states Luke Letizia, Vice President Interactive Licensing Paramount Digital Entertainment. “We are excited to be able to work with CryptoLogic, a leader in this space, and are confident that they will develop games that are on par with the quality and caliber of Paramount Pictures properties.”

This does seem to be a win win but what about those here in the US. Why do we not get any of the fun stuff too, and who exactly would players be playing against?

Be careful Paramount. You're involving youselves with an online Casino, aren't you afraid of a big old slap on the wrist from the U.S. powers that be? They may ban Paramount Pictures in the U.S. out of spite.
