Hamamo has been busy plastering his name all over our list of winners recently, so we decided to find out a little more about the person behind the name.
How long have you been playing online?
12 years. I think I was one of the first online gambling Pioneers. I was very nervous. Playing with money on the Internet was not done at that time.
Why do you enjoy playing online?
I like to play in a quiet environment. I prefer the calm of my home rather than the hectic nature of land-based casinos.
What games do you play?
Slots, video poker, blackjack and baccarat. I have won most of my money in video poker and slots
What do you enjoy about gambling.com compared with other sites?
I love the tournament structure. When I come home from work, the first thing I do is look at the tournaments and hit the buttons. Very pleasant. Furthermore I look for a new bonus from the casinos.
What do you think of the tournaments at gambling.com?
Super!! For little money in a tournament against other players. Not knowing what the score is of other players. The money is not important.
Do you have a particular strategy when you play online?
Yes, but that’s my secret. Special for other players. You see that in the tournaments on gambling.com—some players have a tactic.
Do you listen to music while you play at gambling.com? If so, what are your favourite albums/artists?
I love all music, and I love Queen the most. Most of the time I have the sound from the television as background. Especially MTV.
Do you play at any other online casinos?
The casinos from Fortune Lounge ( Royal Vegas, Vegas Palms etc.) Won a big amount on Club Dice casino.
Have you tried your luck at Texas Hold‘em?
No I have not played that game, but I am going to try it in a later phase of my live.
At which time of the day do you like to play?
I am a bad sleeper so I play in the evening and in to the night. When I get up in the morning I see a battlefield of trash on my pc-desk.
What would be your ultimate gambling weekend away?
Monte Carlo to watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix. And after that to the casinos, play and get drunk. Or take a plane to Vegas and do the same again.
Do you have any other hobbies?
Yes, 4 times a week I do fitness in the gym. Watching my youngest son when he is playing soccer and visiting my granddaughter by my eldest son. My greatest hobby is the ladies. Even at my age!
What is your favourite movie?
The Da Vinci code. That was the last movie I saw. Also the whole Godfather trilogy.
