Conserving Your Energy
We all have our bad days in gambling. Whether it be a bad weekend, where none of the bets paid off or a continual number of successive bad beats in poker. All this is definitely the nightmare of any gambler, no matter what amount of experience. However, ranting and raving on about such unfortunate events is what many gamblers, especially under the influence of alcohol, have a habit of doing. The negative energy that is clouding our positive energy, is something that all of our human bodies, actually does not need and is definitely receiving at the worst of times.
The true champion, in any field of gambling, is the one who is able to conserve the energy, pace themselves and able to apply their best energy at the right time. At no time does the champion use up vast amounts of energy at random moments, and is usually seen conserving, rather than expending their energy. By conserving energy, a gambler can remain focused, up beat and will be able to analyse the situation and make the best decision possible. One’s positive energy also happens to rub off on to other gamblers, so it is always advisable to stick to talking to and spending time with champion gamblers rather than the edgy negative ones.
Try to also look for the gamblers who seem to be losing their energy or are having problems managing their energy. These are prime targets at the poker table and similarly will make bad bets. Sports teams also seem to reflect their moods and attitudes when they are warming up, so try to observe their energy and it can often lead to a much more informed bet and pleasant outcome rather than just pouring over the statistics. Using energy efficiently is very powerful, look to make the most of yours.
