I think that a lot of the time it is that first impression that you get of the casino. On your first visit, everything that happens shapes your experience, so I guess what would make it or break it for me are the attitudes of others there, and whether or not I win anything. Wink

For me the atmosphere is the main concern. It must be friendly and relaxing for the players. Good customer service must also be practiced by the casino staffs.

Amazing service. I am picky with customer service to start off with I guess from the family I grew up in was the same way, quite strict when it came to it. Also freebies and comps are always a nice plus!

i once went to casino with a friend who was a silver card holder. We got escoted to another level where there was free food and booze.

Now thats how they keep you comin! Of course i just sat there all night and scoffed my face and got really bladdered. Don't think this is quite what they was hoping for! he he
