| Have any of you ever used a bookie to place your bets. I wonder if that is still done now that computers are here. My aunt use to gamble her SS check everymonth with different bookies on different games.

| Here in the UK all the places you bet are bookmakers. But I think it's a bit different in the US as gambling is illegal. Much easier here, haha!

I have never found one that was honesty and up front, so the quick answer there is no.  If I could find one I trusted that would be another story.
