| Wow, despite my previous belief that the slots were a big part of the income of a casino I never expected it to be as high as 70%. It makes a lot of sense that they are by the doors so that they are the first and last thing that you see-and any spare change you have as you are leaving will likely be deposited in the slots.

| Casinos definitely take in a good portion of their income from slots. They do have the worst odds and people often don't realize how much the small amount per play adds up until they've gone through the $20 they brought to play slots. I wouldn't be surprised at a 50-70% intake.

| I believe that evidently the amount you put in the machines compared to the amount you receive is against you, and this is probably true. I remember winning an $86 or something like that on some weird slot game and it caught up to me but I kept playing, thus my wins / loses ratio was against me.
