Sure, they have no recourse if you are not cheating but at the same time it's up to you to prove you are not cheating. The onus will be on you and I can bet that won't be easy to do.
Cheating is immediately suspected if a winning streak goes on too long-card counting and so on is suspected. You can't prove someone is card counting, but you have certain signs to watch for.
