In a non-casino setting once or twice, I've played head-to-head blackjack with other people--that is, a form of Blackjack where only one player wins "the pot", as opposed to each player winning seperately against the dealer (though the dealer CAN win). It was an interesting variation that led to more risk taking. Do any casinos in Vegas offer this form of BJ?

I think the closest you can get to that in a casino would be with tournament play. Just be careful when you play your first tournament, the strategy can be a little different!
