This means that there is a very high chance you can play and then lose all your winnings by not being allowed to cash out. Just be careful. Casinos want your money, they don't want to be your friend.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

I'm not as convinced as you are, sorry. Some of the casinos do some pretty rough stuff, trying to get you to sign up. All the spam mailing and so on. I think that they might let you in, only to stop cash outs.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

I would really think that if you went to a site that said no for the country you reside in, their admin would do some type of stop to prevent you from even loading the game from their site.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

More of a problem will be laws like Kentucky is trying to pass. If they succeed then I am sure that other states will follow, and then the US will really have a problem.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

As it seems many places are still up in the air as to the gambling online being legal or not I really do not see many places in too much of a fret to worry about banning those who play on their sites.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

My guess is that they may get around it by stating that there is nothing wrong with you playing there-just that you cannot get the money out. So perhaps they would let you play till the account ran out of money.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

I agree - it is very much like a scam. That would be really frustrating for me, too... but I guess there's not really much you can do if they refuse to pay you your winnings. Other than ask for your original deposit back, I guess, although I doubt that will get you very far, either.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

I've never been blocked from gambling site but then I live in a country where it is legal. It must be awfully frustrating-and ultimately a bit of a scam to be allowed to deposit your money, play, but then not be able to take out your winnings.

RE: Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

I have never known any that would let you get that far into the game to start with. Either most do not check IP's or they block the entire country IP range.

Ever Had a Casino Refuse to Pay

Because of being spotted as having an IP from a country that bans online gambling, have you ever had a casino refuse to pay out your winnings? How do you deal with this?
