I got trembling feet before in nervous situations and it's hard to control. You can try distracting yourself (but remain concentrated on the game), like order a drink, scratch. I don't know--nerve control is a tough one!

RE: Trembling Hands

You could always use this to your advantage- make your 'opponent' believe that you tremble with good cards, then start trembling when you have bad ones!
It might work ;)

RE: Trembling Hands

I think that that's nervous energy that needs to be channeled elsewhere. Get a drink, take a bite - whatever can be done to better relax.

RE: Trembling Hands

I would just keep something besides the cards in my mind. But how could I relax? What are the ways in order to remove anxiety whenever I have good (or even sometimes very bad) cards?

RE: Trembling Hands

I guess trembling will not only happen when you are having a good card. It will mostly happen when you are having a bad one. It will be hard to control for it is happening due to excitement or nervousness. I think the best way to do is to relax.

RE: Trembling Hands

I don't know how to stop them but why not use that to your advantage. As the game progresses, if you get a crappy hand, make your hands tremble. You may end up winning a few pots that way.

RE: Trembling Hands

Trembling hands, by the time I get to vegas I'll be trembling all over.

Trembling Hands

This is not so much of a strategy but much more on asking for a tip on how to stop the trembling of the hand.

I usually have trembling hands when I have good cards and I can't stop them. At first, my opponents doesn't notice this but as when the game proceeds, they will eventually notice it and they know that I have good cards. Any advice on how to stop them?
