I think the trembling will stop when you relax, become nonchalant about the winning/losing...well, on the outside. Focus on the strategy even though you want to focus on the money. Play with something benign, like coins or candy and practice that way?

I think I would try the camera route though I know for some that might be hard to do. I have seen some people have constant sniffles of the nose when they are trying to bluff and have nothing that has to be the oddest thing so far I have seen!

This is exactly what I have asked in a thread that I started. My opponents will notice that I have good cards when my hands starts to tremble. Its really hard to control because I definitely know that I'm going to win whatever cards they may have. It became a sign for them that I will win the game. Any suggestions on how will I stopped this sign.

I just act different ways all the time. I look like I have a good hand and win, I've acted like I have a good hand and had nothing. You have to have someone help analyze your reactions, or get a camera and practice before it and see what you do.

This is exactly what seperates the good players from the weaker ones. In order to hide your feelings, you need to be really good in poker and know when you are giving away signs of strength or weakness.

I think having someone pointing out some of your 'give aways' is a good idea.

It's not as easy as holding onto your emotions. People most often do not know that they have a tell until someone points it out to them. They might twitch their nose when nervous, or hold their head a particular way.

You've got the idea though, but you need to have someone watch you who is good enough at the game that they can learn how you play and then associate that with the hands that you are playing. You can be sure that in a casino you are likely to be playing against people who will be watching you for tells to try and outsmart you.

How do you avoid having particulars of body language that give away what you have in your hand? Have you had a friend watch you when you play to see what your tell tales signals are?
