First Tropicana files for bankruptcy, now more casinos around the country are doing or thinking of the same thing. Stocks have plummeted for most US based gambling companies. When I go up north to visit family we often go to one that is really close to the Michigan/Wisconsin border. They have a bus that runs from several different locations and it costs $5! I love this as it saves us gas money plus they give us free money to play on certain machines that then pay out in cash if you win. The last time we went I cashed out over $30 which I used to play on the rest of the slot machines for the rest of the night.
