I've had good luck with the staff when I've gone to casinos. They have always been professional and courteous with us. Someone mentioned a high turnover in staff - is that true? I've always heard the pay is quite good so I would think there would be less turnover.

RE: Staff in Casinos

You can be too cheery or too mean. I think you need a good balance. I have seen some of all of it.

RE: Staff in Casinos

I want to go to the casinos you guys go to. The staff at the ones around me tend to be unhelpful. Most of the time it is the wait staff.

RE: Staff in Casinos

True I suppose it is the better of the options LOL

RE: Staff in Casinos

I would imagine there is a pretty large turnover which means if you're not polite and cheery you may not be there for long. I'd rather they be super cheery than bitter and less than helpful.

RE: Staff in Casinos

I have never thought of it that way. It is nice that the staff in casinos usually are very friendly. Maybe subconsciously we want to stay there longer since they are so nice.

Staff in Casinos

Do you find that staff in casinos can be slightly over powering, even too nice sometimes.
