During practice last week, tony ran into the back of Kyle, who then, drove his vehicle and bumps Tony on the left side of his a couple times. I was told that they were swinging at each other in the garage area. They did not allow any news crews or anything in there. Just wonder if anyone else heard about it.

| I heard it mentioned at the end of the espn station I was watching but have not heard anything else about it since.

| Yes, that is correct and as of today both Tony and Kyle are on probation for the first 6 races of the season. I don't know if there was any fines involved.

| Ooops I got the wrong Busch boy it was Kurt and not Kyle and they weren't fined any money but do you think they will still drive aggressively for the first six races?
