| I don't know of any unusual poker games, so kindly enlighten us on "The Bitch". What I've seen unusual are the various things people play for other than money.

| I have never heard of that game, but it does have an interesting name. Is that a home-made game, or something you found somewhere else? I couldn't find anything online.

I've played quite a few "interesting" versions of poker like Indian Poker, Follow the queen, baseball, etc. I prefer to play the standards like five card draw, seven card stud, hold 'em, etc. I think they make you a better player than some of the more nonstandard games. I find that most of the unusual versions are played in friendly games where there are players that may not be that good and these games will even the playing field a bit.

There are few things that are so unpardonably neglected in our country as poker. The upper class knows very little about it. Now and then you find ambassadors who have sort of a general knowledge of the game, but the ignorance of the people is fearful. Why, I have known clergymen, good men, kind-hearted, liberal, sincere, and all that, who did not know the meaning of a "flush." It is enough to make one ashamed of the species. ~Mark Twain
