What do you munch on, or drink, to keep your lucky vibes going?

I personally go easy on the hard liquor to make sure what I'm seeing is really there.

I don't drink hard alcoholic drinks so I am usually sipping a soda or a ginger ale. I am usually munching on chips or chocolates. I don't know why but the munching helps me be zen

I don't drink soda when I'm playing games (casino or friends) or I'll have to go to the bathroom too much.  Can you imagine having a winning streak and stopping to pee!?

I love peanuts and m-n-m's though.  Protein and chocolate all wrapped up together.  If I'm thirsty I'll wait to the end to grab something simple like a shirley temple.

This thread reminds me of an episode of Friends where Joey says that you can only eat one syllable foods while playing Poker, like "chips" and "pretz" (short for pretzels). It kind of holds true for me and my friends.

Guinness is my poison when I am gambling. I tolerate it well, do not become quickly inebriated, and it goes well with crisps of any flavour.

I use the ocassion as another good reason to catch up on my liquor (hic) and I just love a good excuse to call to the girls, I mean, waitresses, as they cruise by.  I guess it's the darn nuts that make feel so thirsty.
