I have availed many of the welcome bonuses offered by many online gambling sites. One site showed that I have a credit bigger than the bonus but the site informed me that I haven't won any. I don't understand why.

| Perhaps they just don't want you to join up, take the money and run? They want you to actually play first, and then let you have it all, or use it towards the games?

| Maybe they have certain amount for you to reach in order claim your bonus and you haven't reach it. Most of the bonuses that I have encountered require you to deposit a certain amount before you can claim it.
