| Of course most sports require an incredible amount of stamina, but which do you think requires the most? So far I can only say that soccer (football) necessitates a tremendous amount of stamina, since they are required to run around the field for a staggering 90 minutes!

| I think basketball and track and field also needs the same amount of stamina in order to last in the game. I remember in college when I was forced to play basketball. I almost collapse on the court because I can hardly breath.

| I played basketball in highschool and college and I would have to say soccer. Why? I went to a church track meet where everyone pretty much went at it with minimal training. This really young kid who played soccer daily ran the two mile event in the junior division. No real training he destroyed the field. He lapped everyone he was racing against except for one guy and he lapped him twice.

| I'd say it depends on how much you sit on the bench. For some players any game might be pretty intense for others nothing may be very hard. I personally think sports such as soccer, lacrosse and field hockey are pretty hard.

I want to know what their secrets are for keeping up. People razz me now for taking a nap in the afternoon on the weekends or a nap when I get home from work, but it helps. Now i just feel old.
