As my username should suggest, I am not a big fan of leaving my house to gamble. In fact, I have never set foot in a real casino in my life-all my gaming is done online and very rarely at a friend's house if we have a poker night. There seems no real incentive to go out to gamble.
Why is it that you go, if that is your choice?

| Oh, man, it's just plain exciting! Gambling online is all right but nothing beats the crowd cheering you on when you hit blackjack. It just adds an extra degree of excitement and fun.

| That is true. I love to play craps and blackjack, and it can get real exciting. Plus you get the free drinks, and then there are the comps. Can you get dinner, room and a show for free from an online casino?

| I love going to the casinos whenever I can. I find I meet a lot of interesting people that way. I have several friends that I met this way. We keep in touch regularly and meet at least once a year to hangout for the weekend, at least. The people are half the fun of going to casinos versus online gambling for me.

| Going in person to a casino to gamble is definitely more exciting than sitting at home in your fuzzy bunny slippers and PJs clicking a button. The entire production is more fun at a casino and well worth the trip if you have the chance even if you only play the penny slots.

Well personally I tend to never continue relationships that start in the UK. If I meet someone in a casino then I do not socialise with them outside of it, or ever have contact with them outside so meeting people isn't a part of it.
But the atmosphere is. It's a wonderful night out-totally electric, and alive!

| I gamble online a lot more frequently than I do in real casinos, but I still love going to them when I have the time. Online casinos are more convenient obviously, but there is this certain atmosphere and excitement in real casinos that simply cannot be matched by playing online. To understand you would probably have to visit one yourself sometime.

| I don't do much gambling at home; I prefer the excitement of the casino, the atmosphere, the restaurants, and the real money changing hands (just makes it more exciting). To me there is so much a social aspect to gambling that is completely lost online.
