I must say many casinos have some of the best food I have ever tasted. While it might be a little on the pricey side majority of the time its still well worth it.

I'll agree with you there... if you are eating in a restaurant (even a cafe). The buffets... well, buffets are buffets the world around. But most meals I've had in casinos are great. They don't want you to leave, after all.

I was thinking that too. If you go elsewhere to eat, you may not come back! So instead they serve great food, to keep you there a little longer. It works too.

I find there is a variety to the quality of the food and service in casinos, just as there is in a range of restaurants. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the food I've eaten in casino restaurants but I have had the random so-so experience.

I've always found the nice restaurants in casinos were a little bit less expensive. One of my favorite restaurants is the Romanza in the Peppermill in Reno. The food is fabulous and the service is great. It is probably a 4 star restaurant and you can get dinner as low as $20 per person. Or free if you can get the comps!

The casinos around here do have some good food, but not nearly enough of it is being made from scratch anymore. Call it cost cutting if you like, but I wish more places made meals the old fashioned way. The food still tastes great though, so I shouldn't complain too much.

I have a lot of fun at the casino but if it wasn't for the fact that I'm going there for a nice dinner as well I doubt if I would even go.

Yeah, it is definitely nice to turn casino visits into actual outings with food and drinks etc. Going for gambling alone can still be fun as well, but it may feel a little empty if you don't get a meal or something while you are there. This is just my opinion though, so hey!
