| Many of us gambling fans would obviously want to live near some casinos, but how much do you factor in casino locations when choosing a new house to live in? Does it weigh heavily on your decision, somewhat, or even not at all? It effects me personally, but I have tons of casinos around my area anyway! How about you folks?

| For me, I would say not at all. I don't frequent local casinos all that often, so it's better for me to find a home that is in my price range and save for trips to casinos I enjoy more than the local ones.

| I've never based my home buying decision on having a casino nearby. There is such a high prevalence of casinos in the US that it's actually hard to be more than a few hours away from one casino or another anyway.

| Absolutely none at all. For me going to casinos is all part of the fun and adventure and I feel that if they are too close, it will steal some of the fun out of the whole thing.

Since I usually do all my gambling online anyway, I would say that casinos aren't nearly as big of a concern for me as they may be for some of you other folks here. Things are fine for me as they are,regardless of where I may or may not move to in the future. I guess you could say i'm easy to please in general though

| I was going to say that the location of a casino would not influence where I buy my home, but then I started thinking of the traffic! I would not want to live too close to a casino because I wouldn't want to deal with all the traffic going by. I also don't want it to be too easy for me to get there! Right now the closest casino to me is about 1 1/2 hour drive and that is close enough for me!

The great thing about casinos these days is that there are more of them than ever. You can go pretty much anywhere, and they will have a casino waiting for you not too far off. That coupled with internet gambling makes this issue not nearly as big as it once was some years back. The only way it may bother you is if you expected a casino in your backyard...meaning actually in it!

| I'm never worried about living too far away from a casino. Living too close would be more of a consideration. I'm not much of a city person so the traffic would get to me. In the areas where I tend to look for housing where the casino is is rarely an issue.
