Do you plan how you are going to spend your money? For instance, I like to play craps. Every time I step up to the table I have a budget for that session. I then play until I lose half or I double my money. Then I quit. (Usually ) I also bring my gambeling money in cash, and pay for everything else with the credit card. When the cash runs out I'm done. How about you? How do you manage your money?

| I pretty much do similar to you in that I carry cash for my gambling. I usually go for a day and whatever I have on me is my limit of what I can afford to lose. I do the same if it's a whole weekend, too. I usually can make it stretch for the entire time as when I do win, I use the winnings at that point and save my initial cash. Often I go home with the same amount or higher so it works out.

| I agree. Money management is a good strategy to stay in the game longer and avoid being totally broke.

| I always play slots. I bring a certain amount of money with me and that is all. If the machine is eating my money quickly, I move to another one.

When I visit just for a day or a few hours, I take only the cash I can spend, and I leave the cards at home! That way I can't talk myself into hitting the ATM!
