| For those of you whom have visited both Atlantic City and Las Vegas, which one do you prefer and why? I prefer Atlantic City for the simple fact that it is much closer to where I live than Las Vegas is. While Las Vegas has a number of advantages over AC, I still will go to Atlantic City because I know it so well.

| I'm not sure I could pick one over the other. AC is closer to me as well, but Vegas is Vegas. Its not something you can replace or experience anywhere else.

| To me, the casinos are pretty much the same but the Strip is so way beyond what you'll find in AC. I definitely go to AC more often as I'm on the east coast but if you get the chance, you have to go to Vegas at least once. There's so much more there than just gambling and it's an experience in itself.

| I live closer to AC also, but have been to Las Vegas more often. I think it is because of the strip and the atmosphere. I love Vegas not for the casinos, but for everything else.

I would have to go to Atlantic City before I could decide. I love the thrill of Vegas and all of the lights, etc. Atlantic City does sound pretty appealing though. I may have to take a weekend get away.
