Do you find that staff in casinos can be slightly over powering, even too nice sometimes. Is this to encourage you to spend more money in there?

I have never thought of it that way.  It is nice that the staff in casinos usually are very friendly.  Maybe subconsciously we want to stay there longer since they are so nice.

I would imagine there is a pretty large turnover which means if you're not polite and cheery you may not be there for long. I'd rather they be super cheery than bitter and less than helpful.

I want to go to the casinos you guys go to. The staff at the ones around me tend to be unhelpful. Most of the time it is the wait staff.

You can be too cheery or too mean. I think you need a good balance. I have seen some of all of it.

I've been lucky, I guess. I've had good luck with the staff when I've gone to casinos. They have always been professional and courteous with us. Someone mentioned a high turnover in staff - is that true? I've always heard the pay is quite good so I would think there would be less turnover.

I wouldn't say that the waitresses are not friendly, but they are very hard to find in the casino that I usually go to .

I'd say the old security men are the nicest!
