| I imagine some might have backup generators, and people are probably evacuated outside, but what about your money/chips/current hand? Would they refund this or are you just out of luck?

| They have back up generators and have strict rules if the power did ever go off.

| I'm sure that they have the generators and have a plan of action if this were to happen. I don't think they would have to evacuate if generators are working.

| I would imagine the if the outage affected your balance on a machine--the same rules that apply for any malfunction would be in effect. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays." Which would stink especially if you had a lot of money/credits in the machine.

| Just from working in retail stores, we had horribly strict procedures in place as to how to deal with customers if we lost power. We would always make sure that everyone left with their goods-I am sure casinos would ensure that you left with at least the equivalent of the chips on the table in your possession.

| I would hope they would have backup ability. Each state has its own rules and regulations on that sort of thing.
