Has anyone ever had to deal with a rude card dealer? I have ran across so pretty touchy people but never really completely rude.

I haven't either.  I know that a friend of mine plays poker all the time.  If they have a rude dealer, they usually go to another table.

If I were to play somewhere with bad service like this I would report it rather than just move on. Part of the reason I go to places is to be treated with the respect a paying client deserves. High stakes or not, I expect the person to act like an adult and not in a rude manner.

You have hit it right on the head. I would definitely say something to the pit boss if a dealer were rude. I personally have never had the problem but I understand it can happen. They are working in a customer service environment and should treat their customers with courtesy.

I have never had to personally deal with a rude dealer but I definitely wouldn't let it go either. I would report it to the pit boss. Happy customers=return customers.

I've never had a rude dealer but I had one who kept hitting on me despite being there with someone. Really ticked me off and I complained heavily before leaving. While the customer isn't always right you are there to be a professional and knowing where the line is and not crossing it is pretty paramount to not getting fired.

I don't think I have ever seen a rude dealer, in fact, I have seen them be amazingly polite to some very rude (and drunk) guests! If I did run across a rude dealer I would probably just move to another table.
