I have never been to Reno yet and really want to go. Is the Peppermill a big place or one of the smaller ones? I'm not much for lots of people but it sounds like they treat their customers right. I may have to look into it for next year.

The Peppermill is about 2 miles south of downtown. So if you like to go to lots of different casinos it probably isn't a great choice. However, if you get a player's card they give you some nice room rates, and the casino hosts are nicer than most to the small players.

Sometimes the smaller casinos are more enjoyable. The service tends to be better and more personal, I've found. Plus they tend not to be as overpacked with people as some of the glitzier casinos can be.
