| We have a lot of Texas Hold 'Em tournaments around here that act as fundraisers for organizations such as the fire departments. Does your community host these events as well? Do you attend?

| I've seen a lot of these promoted the past couple of years in my area. Alas, I have yet to learn how to play Texas Hold'em so have never dared to enter. They are always packed out so it's evidently a very popular way to raise money in this area.

| I went to one once, with a friend. I can't remember now who it was benefiting, may have been the fire department. It wasn't just poker, it was all different tables set up, like a mini casino. It was a lot of fun, and I bet a really great way to raise money.
