We are going to try and get a couple of old friends together for a BBQ and a nice evening of poker and blackjack. I have no idea what I am going to win or lose but somehow someone always ups with a car and in the past decade 3 people have lost theirs. I'm sure it will be interesting.

Well Knacker, what was the outcome? Did you win a new car or are you having to walk to work today?  I certainly hope its the former! Mostly I hope you had a great BBQ with your friends and that nobody lost anything of any significance.

| I fully forgot about this post, sorry all! I have been taking care of a friend out of town, all their animals and didn't even think to come back and make the post about it. I did almost win their horse though if that tells you anything. Just one of those moments when you are out bluffed by a good friend. I lost a little money, nothing too bad but I guess its good I did not win the horse I really do not have room for one here where I live.

| Yikes, now upping a car is rather extreme! I hope that you've never lost a car, and that the person who did didn't hold a grudge against the person who took it.

| Who in their right minds would ever gamble their car or something as valuable in any kind of friendly game?? That's just plain nuts and I'd never do it! They must have had one too many drinks beforehand...
