| Does anyone know if it's possible to get around the internet gambling restriction by opening a foreign bank account? It seems like the perfect way to get around the law (and your money is probably safer in EUs over USDs).

| That's an interesting idea! I've never done this myself, but it would seem like it would work. I bet that is how a lot of people are getting around the restriction!

| The problem here would be in opening the foreign bank account. Face it, there is so much required even opening one locally-correct ID, proof of address and so on. How would you do that with an overseas account?
