| We used to watch the dogs race about 5 times a year when we lived in Texas. I could not believe how many people would literally run to the betting windows whenever they were walking the dogs out and they stopped to "do their business". A couple of times the dog won but usually it was one of the favorites in the race. What are your betting habits for dog racing?

| I don't normally bet on the dogs as I find most of the breeders near me are just evil people and their dogs are very unhappy. After working with rescues I just can't hack it.

| I would have to agree that they are not well looked after. We have taken in two greyhounds that were retired racing dogs, as my father just adores them. I would tend to avoid the dogs because of that.

| I've always thought greyhounds were kind of weird looking myself. I've never really seen the allure of betting on them either. I definitely don't think I'd be betting on the one that pooed last.
