I haven't been to very many casinos, so I was wondering-
Is there some sort of etiquette in casinos? A code of conduct, maybe?
In addition, what are some of the types of people you hate to see at a casino?

well, the really drunk guys who have gambled away all their money and are looking to score a lady are the ones I hate to see in casinos.
Etiquette... hmmm, I don't know about a real code of conduct. I think for the most part there aren't problems, as long as people are polite and give others space, there aren't issues. That does get broken from time to time though!

Hmm.. the type of person I hate to see at a casino? I really dislike seeing the people who like to start problems with others while gambling.
As far as etiquette goes, I guess it just depends on where you are. I don't think there are many rules of etiquette that you need to follow though.

Aside from the obvious rules that each casino has I personally think there is an unwritten code of conduct. Things like, being too drunk, being a very sore looser, causing trouble with people because they are winning and you are not.
These are not rules or a code of conduct per se however they are standards of politeness that I think should be observed by anyone in a casino.

I view it as being very similar to pub etiquette-you don't get drunk, and you don't get abusive. Being loud and loutish will likely get you thrown out, and you know for sure that you have broken the etiquette rules. Though those are not so much unwritten rules!
But there are some things, such as obvious card counting will get you removed and you'll likely lose your winnings, if not all of your chips.

I believe that general etiquette applies in these situations. For example, don't get too drunk that you cannot control yourself, and don't start fights with other people at the casinos. I don't think the rules are anything special, more so just general rules that all people should follow throughout their lives.

| I agree that it's all about common sense and common courtesy. Don't be an annoyance to other people at the casino, and just try to be polite. Don't be a sore loser, and play by the rules.

| I think that just knowing to be polite and respectful are common conduct. They are not official rules but things mst people would expect from others. People I hate to see in casinos? I would have to say sore losers and people who are way too drunk
