| Is there any particular country that hosts more online casinos than others? I know they are not US based, so there are they?

| I think most just float around to anywhere they are allowed to be at, though I am not really 100% on that either. I am sure its tricky trying to start a new site up.

| I'd imagine that a good number are local-off shore stuff. That way there is less of a currency problem, but still makes it legal.

| Some I have seen are off shore setups but a good many are in the UK as well. I have seen a couple of them in places like the Netherlands too.

| Isn't the same place that is the country where that Pirate Bay is located the same place most online casinos come from or am I thinking of something else?

| Well online gambling in the UK is fully legal, so yes they host at home because they don't have a need to hide anything. For US users though, its different.
