Polar Poker Tournament Announced

Possibly the coldest poker challnege on record has been announced by the World Poker store this morning. This event is called annual Polar Poker Challenge and will take place on January 30th. According to reports this morning players will combine the sport of ice fishing with Texas Hold’em in a unique and groundbreaking poker tournament.
Players will participate in the poker and ice fishing contest on the frozen waters of Lake Minnetonka in Spring Park, Minnesota. Only 500 players will be allowed in, which is small for an ice fishing contest. The size restrictions are to make it more manageable as a poker contest.
