Glamour model’s transvestite cage fighter boyfriend has BB odds slashed

Alex Reid, the boyfriend of Katie Price (aka Jordan), may still be a long way off beating ex-footballer Vinnie Jones and singer Dane Bowers in the eyes of bookmakers, but his odds have been slashed in recent days as the race to be crowned 2010 Celebrity Big Brother champion hots up.

Dane Bowers is the current favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother, but he has drifted slightly in the last 24 hours, he is now a best price of 5/4 with Bet365. Bowers has been favourite for around five days now and it doesn’t look as though he will be caught.

Most likely to displace him at the moment is Vinnie Jones, who has spent most of his Big Brother life as favourite and is 10/3 with Bet365 to win.

Alex Reid has been well backed over the last 24 hours though and could be one to fear, he was 9/1 yesterday but is now just 11/2 with SkyBet and VC Bet.

The 34-year-old MMA star, who has been embroiled in intense publicity since his relationship with Jordan went public, is also known for dressing up as his female alter-ego Roxanne.
