Blackjack Switch has been around since 2009 and continues to grow in popularity. In Blackjack Switch, each player is dealt 2 hands to play against the dealer’s 1 hand. The player can choose to ‘switch’ the top card of his hands to create 2 ‘new’ hands before they hit, stand or split. The rest of the game is played out like standard blackjack except for one rule change. Since being allowed to switch is a strong advantage for the player, the dealer is allowed to have a hand total of 22 without busting. If this occurs, the hand is considered a push, unless the player has blackjack, then they still win.
