Paul Casey is desperate to eradicate the inconsistency in his game that blighted his HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai. The British golfer was superbly placed after opening up with three under-par rounds, but shot a six-over 78 on the fourth day to finish tied for ninth.

Harrington suffers under weight of expectation in Shanghai
Padraig Harrington admits there is more expectation on him after winning the British Open earlier this year. The Irishman, who narrowly missed out on claiming the European Tour Order of Merit, slipped seven behind leader Kevin Stadler at the HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai after shooting a 72 in his second round to stay at four under par.
