Besiktas 2-1 Liverpool
Liverpool are in grave danger of exiting the Champions League at the first hurdle after they lost 2-1 to Besiktas in Istanbul. Rafael Benitez's side have taken one point from three games after an own-goal by Sami Hyypia and a strike by Brazilian striker Bobo eight minutes from time condemned them to defeat.
