India thrash Sri Lanka to reach Final
India will meet Australia in the Final of the Commonwealth Bank One Day International Series after thrashing Sri Lanka by seven wickets in Hobart. Sri Lanka were bowled out for only 179 in their innings and India wasted little time in reaching their target as Sachin Tendulkar and Gautam Gambhir steered them home.

Ponting leads Australia to victory
Ricky Ponting scored a stunning century as Australia beat India by 18 runs in Sydney in the Commonwealth Bank one day international series. The hosts' skipper has been in poor form, averaging only just over ten for his five innings in the tournament so far, but responded in style as he led his side to 317-7 from their 50 overs.

Australia defeat Sri Lanka in rain-hit tie
Australia have defeated Sri Lanka by 24 runs on the Duckworth-Lewis method in Melbourne after rain forced the abandonment of the ninth match in the Commonwealth Bank series. The result means that the Sri Lankans now have to triumph in their final two matches to reach the final whilst they also have to rely on Australia defeating India.

Sri Lanka beat India in Commonwealth Bank Series
Sri Lanka have taken their first victory of the Commonwealth Bank One Day series after beating India by eight wickets in Canberra. The game was badly affected by rain - which has blighted the series - but Sri Lanka reached their target of 154 within their allotted 21 overs, thanks to Tillakaratne Dilshan's 62.

Rain defeats Australia and India
The weather was the ultimate winner as Australia and India saw their first Commonwealth Bank one day international in Brisbane washed out by rain. India were all out for 194, but Australia only made it to 51-3 before the game was forced to be called off.
