England drop Monty for Sri Lanka clash
Monty Panesar has been left out of England's one-day side to face Sri Lanka in Dambulla on Monday.The Northamptonshire spinner has seen his place taken by Graeme Swann, who makes a return to the England fold after a seven-year absence, while Phil Mustard makes his debut behind the stumps.
Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first against an England side that they defeated 5-0 during their last one-day series meeting.
England make several changes from the side that saw off India 4-3 during the one-day international series last summer.
Injury victim Andrew Flintoff is replaced by the exciting Ravi Bopara, Owais Shah and Ryan Sidebottom both come in, while there's no room for Dimitri Mascarenhas.
Sri Lankan spin king Muttiah Muralitharan misses out through injury after failing to recover from a bicep injury.
