Swann to miss ODI against Sri Lanka
Graeme Swann will miss England's final one-day international in Sri Lanka after tearing a hamstring. The Nottinghamshire star has taken seven wickets in his four games since his seven-year absence from the England squad - but looks set to be replaced by Monty Panesar with the tourists already having sewn up the five match series.
Panesar has been overlooked throughout the tour after struggling to make an impact during the World Cup and the Twenty20 World Cup.
And Swann, who will be forced to watch from the sidelines in Colombo on Saturday, has made the most of his opportunity - racking up 83 runs in the process as well as taking four catches.
Spinner Panesar is likely to be the only change to Peter Moores' squad with the England coach placing an emphasis on continuity in his team.
James Anderson and Ryan Sidebottom will continue to spearhead the England bowling attack - while Phil Mustard will be hoping to cement himself at the top of the order with the Test match series in Sri Lanka on the horizon.
England wrapped up the series with a five-wicket win in Colombo on Wednesday.
England (from): Paul Collingwood (capt), Alastair Cook, Phil Mustard (wkt), Ian Bell, Kevin Pietersen, Owais Shah, Ravi Bopara, Stuart Broad, Ryan Sidebottom, James Anderson, Monty Panesar, Dimitri Mascarenhas, Luke Wright, Chris Tremlett.
