Webber happy with Red Bull choice
Mark Webber has insisted he was happy with his decision to join Williams last season, despite the Australian only gaining 10 points in a poor campaign last time around. Webber was at Williams for two years under Frank Williams and Patrick Head but, despite having a less reliable car, he has no regrets about his switch.
"It was great driving for Frank (Williams) and Patrick (Head)," explained the 31-year-old. "I would have liked that to be a more fruitful relationship in terms of results, but of course so would they.
"It was a very hard time at Williams, they were going through a difficult patch.
"But the most important is that I'm enjoying my driving again. This is probably the best team I've ever driven for."
And Webber insists he was happy with his form throughout the season. He said: "I was very happy with my form this year in terms of driving... in all conditions, in all tracks we went to. I was very, very happy with the way we got on with the season in terms of pace."
