Wade ruled out for Heat
Dwayne Wade has been ruled out for the rest of the season after failing to recover from a knee injury. The All-Star guard and 2006 NBA Finals MVP, will be forced to miss Miami Heat's final 21 games of the year and will now undergo treatment in a bid to help him return in time for the new season.
Wade was left out of Friday's clash with the Golden State Warriors before managing to take part in the match with Atlanta 24 hours later.
However, he will now undergo OssaTron treatment-- a high-tech, high-powered form of shock wave therapy. The non-surgical procedure lasts about 30 minutes.
